Key Responsibilities
Mailroom Operations
* Manage all incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including courier deliveries and pick-ups
* Prepare and process outgoing mail and assist with returned or unclaimed mail
Document Management
* Collect, sort, prepare, and scan documents
* Label and enter documents into the system, ensuring accuracy and quality
* Perform post-scanning quality checks and file original records
* Secure and properly dispose of confidential documents
Financial Support
* Print and scan checks for deposit for Escrow and Commission teams
* Print Garnishment and SEP checks.
Vendor & Inventory Management
* Maintain relationships with courier services (UPS, USPS, Fed Ex)
* Track mail and UPS invoicing using Excel
* Order and maintain office supplies and stockroom inventory
* Replace toner in printers and copiers and manage service requests with equipment vendors
Other Duties
* Provide coverage for other business service functions as needed
* Maintain a clean desk policy and secure environment
Qualifications
* High School diploma required
* 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
* Ability to learn new software quickly
* Strong organizational and communication skills with keen attention to detail
* Comfortable with light physical activity, including lifting to 25 lbs. occasionally
* Regular, predictable attendance is essential
* Positive attitude and commitment to delivering premier service
