Position:
Part-Time Office Admin Scheduling and Dispatch (Onsite, Evenings & Weekends)

Position Overview

As our Office Admin Scheduling and Dispatch Specialist, you'll be the hub of our operations—coordinating leads, scheduling appointments, and ensuring our sales reps have smooth, efficient routes. Your excellent communication and organizational skills will make a real difference in keeping both our office and field teams running seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Scheduling: Assign and schedule leads for our sales reps across multiple regions.
  • Dispatching: Send out sales reps to client appointments with efficient, timely routing.
  • Communication: Confirm schedules with sales reps and handle any last-minute adjustments.
  • Calendar Management: Keep our lead calendar up-to-date and organized.
  • Team

    Collaboration:

    Work closely with the sales team to prioritize high-value leads and adjust routes as needed.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of lead assignments and updates.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with other administrative duties as needed
