About the RoleWell Suited Talent is growing and we're looking for a driven, high-energy Executive Assistant and Social Media Manager to join our Houston office. This is not a seat-filler position — it's a real opportunity to build something with us. You'll be embedded in a collaborative, fast-paced recruiting environment, supporting leadership across both our Houston and NYC offices while helping shape our brand online.
The right person will have a direct path to grow with the company long-term.
- In-office role based in Houston's Uptown/Galleria area. Part-time, Monday through Friday
- Support our Houston team while also assisting with the needs of our NYC office
- Be part of a start-up environment where your contributions are seen, valued, and rewarded
- Long-term growth track, we want someone who wants to build a career here, not just fill a role
- Work directly alongside founders and senior leadership from day one
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements for leadership
- Handle personal assistant tasks including errands, appointments, and day-to-day logistics
- Draft and manage correspondence, follow-ups, and communications on behalf of leadership
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take notes
- Organize and maintain digital files, databases, and internal documents
- Assist with expense tracking, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Anticipate needs and stay one step ahead, proactive support is the standard here
- Manage and grow Well Suited Talent's presence on Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, and Tik Tok
- Create, schedule, and post content using Canva and other tools
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and help build our online community
- Track performance metrics and bring ideas to the table for content strategy
- Help develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms
- Driven and self-motivated, you don't wait to be told what to do
- A strong communicator, both written and verbal, who can represent the brand professionally
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, start-up environment where things move quickly
- Tech-savvy with experience in Outlook, Canva, and social media platforms
- Positive, professional, and a true team player — high energy is a must
- Coachable and genuinely excited to grow with an organization long-term
- Local to Houston, TX and ready to commit to an in-office schedule
