A leading law firm located in downtown Houston is seeking an experienced Office Services Administrator with supervisory experience to join their team. This is an excellent direct hire opportunity with competitive compensation and benefits, as well as a great work environment. Starting compensation $80,000 - $100,000 depending on experience. This position is 100% onsite, Monday - Friday, 8a-5p, with paid parking.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of duplication/copying process in legal or corporate setting
- 3-5 years' experience in office operations, facilities, or administrative supervision in law firm or professional services environment
- Supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of office services, facilities coordination, vendor management, and workplace support functions.
- Oversees daily office operations and leads the office services team, ensuring efficient delivery of administrative, facilities, and workplace support while maintaining high service standards for attorneys, staff, clients, and visitors.
- Supervises and develops staff, managing workflows, implementing procedures, and fostering a collaborative, service-oriented environment aligned with firm goals.
- Coordinates facilities, vendors, and office logistics, including maintenance, space planning, office moves, supplies, and vendor performance management.
- Manages operational and financial activities such as budgeting support, invoice reconciliation, expense tracking, and identifying efficiency improvements.
- Requires experience with duplication/copy operations, including overseeing duplication requests and supporting litigation or corporate document needs.
