** Key Responsibilities*
* + Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
+ Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
+ Manage the front desk and maintain a clean, organized reception area.
+ Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
+ Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations.
+ Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation.
+ Assist with office supply inventory and ordering.
+ Maintain visitor logs and follow company security procedures.
+ Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication.
+ Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
** Qualifications*
* + High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
+ 1-3 years of receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
+ Professional appearance and customer-service-oriented attitude.
+ Ability to multitask and work independently.
** Preferred Skills*
* + Experience working in a corporate, staffing, healthcare, legal, or professional office environment.
+ Familiarity with multi-line phone systems.
** Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
