Description We are looking for a dependable Administrative Assistant to support daily office activities for a contract position. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys creating an organized, welcoming workplace and can manage a variety of administrative tasks with accuracy and professionalism. The role focuses on office coordination, front-desk support, mail handling, and general administrative assistance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee routine office operations to maintain a clean, efficient, and detail-focused workspace each day.

- Handle incoming mail, packages, and deliveries, then prepare outgoing correspondence and shipments with careful attention to detail.

- Track office supply levels, place orders when needed, and ensure shared equipment remains stocked and ready for use.

- Coordinate service appointments and vendor visits, including arranging office access and confirming schedules.

- Greet visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous manner and provide front-desk assistance that reflects a positive company image.

- Answer inbound phone calls, route messages to the appropriate contacts, and respond to general administrative inquiries.

- Perform data entry and maintain organized records, logs, and office documentation to support daily business needs. Requirements - Prior experience in an administrative assistant, receptionist, or general office support role.

- Ability to manage inbound calls, visitor interactions, and multiple administrative tasks with professionalism.

- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

- Proficiency with standard office practices, including mail handling, scheduling, and document organization.

- Comfortable working independently while also supporting broader office operations as needed.

- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
