Order Clerk 1st Shift
Advance Services is looking for an Order Clerk to support the Account Manager and help ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. The Order Clerk will be responsible for processing orders, maintaining production schedules, managing forecasts, and coordinating customer requirements to support manufacturing and distribution operations. Shift is Monday to Friday and sometimes sat and sun. Weekends are required if scheduled.
6:00am-2:30pm with some overtime and weekend work as required unless otherwise previously approved to be off of work. Pay $17.00 - 20.00 DOE per hour Education & Experience Associate's Degree preferred; OR 2–3 years of relevant administrative or operational support experience in a manufacturing or office environment; OR An equivalent combination of education and experience demonstrating the ability to perform the essential functions of the position.
Required Skills Strong knowledge of manufacturing, customer service, order management, or related operational processes. Ability to consistently apply policies, procedures, regulations, and company standards. Advanced computer proficiency, including:
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) ERP systems Other job-specific software applications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as business needs require.
