Aboutthe Role
We're looking for someone who brings a friendly, professional presence to the front office each day. From welcoming visitors to keeping things in order, this role is perfect for someone who enjoys being a central part of a team and making things run smoothly.
Duties and Responsibilities- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls-providing basic information as needed.
- Monitor office access and maintain visitor logs.
- Ensure common areas (lobby, kitchen, conference rooms) remain clean and organized.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Drive daily to pick up and drop off mail (mileage reimbursed).
- Track and restock office supplies.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, vendor payments, and internal coordination.
- Support employee engagement activities and occasional meeting setup.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

- High School diploma (Required).
- Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative support role preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- comfortable using standard office equipment and software.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to multi task and work independently.
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and current insurance (required).
- Willingness to work paid overtime as needed.
