DRB HOMES seeks a Warranty Coordinator to handle homeowner service requests by email and phone, supporting the Warranty Team with excellent customer service and efficient admin tasks. You will log requests, notify teammates, and ensure accurate data entry in the system.
You will generate correspondence to customers and internal parties, produce reports, and interpret data for managers. Interactions with homeowners, vendors, subcontractors, and field staff will be routine in this fast-paced role.
