Overview
Code Ninjas Peachtree City is looking for a friendly, organized, and enthusiastic Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This individual is often the first point of contact for our families and plays an important role in creating a welcoming, positive experience for every child and parent who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities- Welcome and assist students, parents, and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and text messages promptly and professionally.
- Schedule tours, trial sessions, classes, camps, birthday parties, and Parent's Night Out events.
- Process enrollments, memberships, waivers, and payments using our management system.
- Maintain accurate student and family records.
- Assist families with billing questions and payment updates.
- Support enrollment efforts by following up with prospective families.
- Promote upcoming camps, classes, and special events.
- Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and inviting.
- Monitor student check-in and check-out procedures.
- Communicate effectively with Senesis and management regarding daily operations.
- Assist with marketing initiatives, including social media content, flyers, and community outreach.
- Perform general administrative duties to support center operations.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable working with children and families.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and scheduling software.
- Ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail oriented.
- Previous receptionist, retail, administrative, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
