Onsite Summary:
- Part-time position - 30 hours per week, Flexible hours during normal working hours.
- Audit SPIF (Sales Performance Incentive Fund) submissions and prepare approved incentive payouts for processing.
- Validate submission data and supporting documentation.
- Verify billing, reserves, and incentive calculation inputs.
- Review performance outliers and perform sample performance manual calculation checks.
- Obtain approvals from sales leaders and review approval status from management and audit notes.
- Create a payroll-load-ready payout file and assist in payout data integrity checks.
- Provide administrative support to audit approximately 350 annual SPIF submissions.
