Member Services Specialist
Reporting directly to the Supervisor, the Member Services Specialist functions primarily as a subject matter expert in the areas of Medicare Part D enrollment and eligibility procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Interpretation of TRR codes and the necessary actions to correct and resubmit
- Understanding the processing of LIS status and ensure compliance with CMS guidance
- Involvement with the enrollment procedures related to agents and assisting in managing their processing and reporting
- Act as primary contact to State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIPS) offices to assist beneficiaries who they are working with.
Essential

- Verbal and written skills
- Problem solving skills
- Patient/beneficiary services a must!
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Associates degree (preferred)
- Part D experience a plus.
