Under general supervision manages with the administration of Student Service's financial, budgetary, contracts/purchasing and systems operations for multiple business units within the department. Provides all office administration duties for Student Services/Student Life.
Processes expenditures and accounts payables/receivables transactions for the department and submits for signature approval. Ensures funds availability, coordinates budgetary transfers and monitors transactions, process student and advisor payments, approve staff time for payroll (This includes all travel, events and programs for Student Services, Student Life, student organizations, event services, Homecoming and Spring Fest). Reviews and processes requests for student organizations to receive Student Fee Advisory Committee funds.
Assists units with strategic and administrative planning, and processes relative to proforma's, financial projects, procurement, accounts payable/receivable, measures and feasibility studies. Performs financial analysis of revenues and expenditures for all units during the annual budget process and periodically throughout the fiscal year, using financial and accounting reports from the Banner Finance system. Works with the department head to prepare the annual budget for all units within the department.
Assists with presentations to the Budget committee. Coordinates the preparation and completion of RFP's and vendor bidding processes for the department through the Purchasing and Compliance offices, for the renewal of contracts. Generates standard and ad hoc financial reports for management use. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Work Experience
- One (1) to three (3) years of related experience.
Working/Environmental Conditions
- Routine office environment. Sitting or standing in one location much of the time. Some stooping, lifting or carrying objects light weight may be required. Use of video display terminal.
