Project Administrator

American Fence Company, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Project Administrator to support construction and fencing projects from proposal through closeout. In this role, you will assist project managers with document control, contracts, change orders, scheduling, job cost tracking, and coordination between field crews, vendors, and customers. Responsibilities include preparing submittals, maintaining project files, processing purchase orders, and monitoring compliance with safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced construction environment with multiple ongoing projects and deadlines.
