Mailroom Facility Attendant (Temporary Attendant)

Our client, a leading organization in their industry, is seeking a Mailroom Facility Attendant (Temporary Attendant) to join their team. As a Mailroom Facility Attendant (Temporary Attendant), you will be part of the operations support team, ensuring smooth and efficient handling of mail and packages. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location:

Houston, TX

Pay Range: $22.00 per hour

Shift: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Schedule
- Monday to Friday

What's the Job?

• Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized mailroom environment
• Assist with inventory management of mailing supplies and equipment
• Coordinate with delivery services and internal departments to ensure timely delivery
• Follow safety protocols and company policies in all tasks

• Strong organizational and time management skills
