Duties/Responsibilities:- Printing and Laminating Job Site Signage
- Basic Data Entry
- Enter Delivery Dates Into Procore
- Enter Required Onsite Dates Into Procore
- Create Project in Procore
- Creating Project Directories
- Assist Project Coordinator With Maintaining Procore Documents
- Printing, Folding, & Distributing Meeting Packets
- Project Closeout
- Collect Closeout Documents from Subcontractors
- Printing Binders
- Creating Electronic Copies and Labeling for distribution
- Making Phone Calls to Track Down:
- Submittals
- Material Delivery Dates
- Subcontracts
- Closeout Documents
- Bids
- Reception Desk Backup
- Packaging Submittals for Courier Delivery to Architect
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
$21 - $23 an hour
