BI-LINGUAL RECEPTIONIST

Openwork, formerly Meador Staffing, is seeking a bilingual Intake Coordinator to support a healthcare team with patient admissions, registration, and administrative coordination.

• Coordinate the admission and registration of incoming patients.
• Collect, verify, and process required patient information.
• Schedule appointments with the appropriate medical personnel.
• Complete paperwork and accurate data entry.
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims and patient information.
• Answer phones and assist patients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential patient records.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Previous healthcare, medical office, intake, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable handling multiple tasks.
• Professional and compassionate when interacting with patients.
• Must demonstrate a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive patient and customer information.

• Monday - Thursday, 10:00am - 7:00pm
• Fridays, 8;00am - 5:00pm

• $15/Hour
