Licensing & Compliance Coordinator

The Licensing & Compliance Coordinator plays a critical role within the organization by providing

administrative and licensing support to the Company and guaranteeing the Companys compliance

with renewing and maintaining corporate, contractor and local level licensing. This role will report

directly to the VP of Compliance.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional licensing support to the company and its subsidiaries and ensure that all required professional licenses are obtained and kept in good standing.
  • Ensure proper and timely completion of all licensing requirements for Corporate and all Brands, including the preparation and filing of license applications.
  • Apply for new licenses as needed on a state and local levels.
  • Send and upload COIs to proper licensing offices, localities, and Brand Markets.
  • Assist the various Brands company wide with the COI platform.
  • Respond to questions from company personnel regarding licensing requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all relevant corporate, state, and federal licensing requirements.
  • Retain accurate and organized records of all licensing documents.
  • Provide administrative support to the VP of compliance.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 7 years prior experience in license management, regulatory compliance, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of contractor Licensing and Permitting processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Certificate of Insurance processes and procedures
  • Strong computer proficiency
  • Superb attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and goals.
  • Organized, detailed and self-motivated.
  • Ability to multi-task and problem solve.
  • Works well in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to new information, research for information and apply knowledge learned.
  • Ability to follow directions, complete detailed forms with accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude; a high degree of accuracy is required.
