Job Description
Tru Blu HR Solutions is seeking a Documentation Clerk with minimum 2 years of experience. Will be responsible for preparing and reviewing all documentation for projects, saving in designated programs/software, and reviewing for accuracy. Must have attention to detail and strong organization skills.
QA Documentation Clerk
- Prepare and review documentation packages to ensure compliance with applicable standards, including ASTM, ASME, customer specifications, and internal procedures
- Verify accuracy and completeness of Material Test Reports (MTRs), Certificates of Conformance (CoCs), and supporting quality records
- Submit and distribute completed documentation packages (including MTRs, CoCs, and supporting records) to customers through designated portals or email
- Identify and flag discrepancies, missing data, or nonconforming information to appropriate personnel for correction
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all quality records and customer documentation
- Operate scanning and document imaging equipment to digitize and archive records
- Organize, file, and maintain documents within the document control system to ensure traceability and easy retrieval
- Ensure all records are properly controlled, labeled, and stored in accordance with QMS requirements
