** Position Overview
** The Receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors, maintaining client logs, answering and routing calls, responding to internal and external inquiries and distributing accurate information. Presents a professional, courteous demeanor to all clients.
** Responsibilities
* ** Greets and welcome clients;
* Answers telephone calls, calendars appointments and takes messages;
* Gathers, tracks and records client data;
* Receives and sorts incoming and outgoing mail;
* Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received;
* Assumes general administrative responsibilities, including detailed case management and timekeeping;
* Engages in community outreach; and
* Accepts payment from clients, as needed.## Qualifications
** Minimum Qualifications
*** High School Diploma or equivalent;
* 1+ year of relevant experience in an office environment; and
* Grant requirements may include bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency.
** Preferred Qualifications
*** 2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment; and
* Proficient in use of technology including MS Office, Google Apps and Internet research.
