About the Role

An import and distribution company is hiring an Administrative Clerk to keep the office running smoothly and support customers with day-to-day office duties.

What You'll Do
  • Answer service inquiries by phone and internet, and make outbound calls to assist customers with order entry
  • Maintain customer accounts for accuracy and open new accounts with the Sales team
  • Provide order entry, sales history, delivery info, and general account support
  • Resolve or escape product/service issues; post customer payments
What You'll Need
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong clerical and computer navigation skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Good communication skills and ability to multi-task
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
