Document Control Clerk; Temp

The objective of this project is to scan and digitally archive quality and production records currently stored on-site and at Iron Mountain. This effort will help reduce record storage costs, improve accessibility of records for audits and investigations, and support the correction of record management issues identified during recent audits.

Temporary assignment expected to last approximately six months.

Standard 40-hour work week during regular business hours.

No overtime is anticipated.

• Scan paper records and save digital files in the designated network locations.
• Organize and index electronic records according to established guidelines.
• Verify that scanned records are complete, legible, and correctly filed.
• Report missing, incomplete, or incorrect records for investigation and correction.
• Assist with basic document organization, record retrieval, and filing activities as needed.

• Basic computer skills, including file management and data entry.
• Ability to work independently with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience with document scanning, clerical work, records management, or administrative support is preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential records responsibly.
