The Document Associate will support high-volume document preparation, mail processing, scanning, and records management in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities- Prepare documents for scanning by sorting paperwork, removing staples, paperclips, and bindings, and organizing files according to production standards.
- Operate KODAK scanning equipment to process documents accurately and efficiently.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure scanned images and digital records are complete, accurate, and error-free.
- Receive and process incoming mail, scan barcodes, and log items according to facility procedures.
- Meet daily production goals, including Impressions Per Hour and overall efficiency targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation and report equipment issues or workflow concerns to management promptly.
- Pay Rate: $16.99 to $18.69 per hour.

37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday. - Shift Options: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

- Prepare, organize, and stage documents for high-volume scanning.
- Operate scanning equipment and support routine production workflows.
- Process incoming mail, scan barcodes, and maintain accurate logs.
- Perform quality checks to ensure accurate digital document output.
1 to 2 years of administrative, clerical, records management, document processing, mailroom, or production environment experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step procedures accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-focused environment with consistent quality and productivity.
- Basic comfort using scanning equipment, computers, and document tracking processes.
- Ability to clear minor scanner jams, refill toner, and communicate equipment issues as needed.
- Reliable attendance, strong organization skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Experience with KODAK scanners or similar high-speed document scanning equipment.
- Previous experience in records management, document imaging, mail processing, or back-office administrative support.
- Familiarity with production metrics such as Impressions Per Hour or quality accuracy targets.
