We hire for attitude, drive, and professionalism. Prior automotive sales experience is preferred but not required for candidates who bring strong communication skills and a customer‑first mindset.
Responsibilities- Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and warranties; conduct test drives and compare competitive models
- Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers
- Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores
- Implement follow‑up systems to encourage repeat and referral business
- Stay informed on product updates, inventory, and accessories to better serve customers
- Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards
- Handle phone leads and internet inquiries with urgency and professionalism
- Proven sales experience (automotive industry preferred but not required — we hire for attitude, drive, and professionalism)
- Strong communication skills with a customer‑first mindset
- Experience handling phone leads and internet inquiries is a strong plus
- Strong desire to succeed in a commission‑driven, performance‑based environment
- Positive attitude with a high‑energy personality
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Self‑motivated and proactive
- Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record
