GO Auto Group is offering a 10-week Sales Internship designed for students who are interested in sales, business, or the automotive industry. This hands-on program provides exposure to the day-to-day operations of a high-performing dealership while allowing interns to learn from experienced sales professionals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
This internship is in-person and will take place at Porsche North Houston in Houston, TX
, providing interns with direct, real-world experience within a premium automotive retail setting.
- Shadow Sales Consultants to learn the end-to-end vehicle sales process
- Learn product knowledge and practice delivering professional vehicle walkarounds
- Present vehicle walkarounds and key learnings to sales leadership as part of ongoing development
- Participate in an operations rotation, shadowing key departments such as Sales, Finance, Service, and Parts to gain a well-rounded understanding of dealership operations
- Support showroom and vehicle presentation in alignment with brand standards
- Observe sales negotiations, finance introductions, and delivery processes
- Collaborate with multiple departments to understand how the dealership operates as a whole
- Complete special projects and other duties as assigned
- Are currently a Junior or Senior in college
- Have an interest in sales, business, or the automotive industry
- High degree of professionalism
- Strong sense of pride in work product and a demonstrated willingness to go the extra mile
- Bring curiosity, initiative, and a strong desire to learn
- Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Take pride in your work and show initiative
- Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check
