Group 1 Lexus Southwest Houston is growing and looking to add Automotive Technicians of all skill levels—from entry-level to experienced and master-certified—to our team! * Candidates without hands‑on automotive experience must be currently enrolled in or have completed an automotive technician training program to be considered

• Perform high‑quality repairs efficiently and accurately, following dealership and factory standards
• Conduct comprehensive diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing on automotive systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Road‑test vehicles to verify successful repairs
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
• Provide timely updates to service advisors on repair status and estimated completion times for customer communication.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology
• Uphold company values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors

• Prior automotive experience or completion of a technical training program required (dealership experience preferred)
• Lexus/Toyota experience with ASE certification a plus!
• A positive & friendly attitude
• Tools based on your experience
• Strong communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have a valid driver’s license
