* Candidates without hands-on automotive experience must be currently enrolled in or have completed an automotive technician training program to be considered.

Responsibilities

* Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately, following dealership and factory standards

* Conduct comprehensive diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing on automotive systems

* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

* Road-test vehicles to verify successful repairs

* Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures

* Provide timely updates to service advisors on repair status and estimated completion times for customer communication.

* Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology

* Uphold company values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors

Qualifications

* Previous automotive experience preferred

* For candidates without hands-on automotive experience, current enrollment in or completion of an automotive technician training program is required

* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

* Valid driver's license with a good driving record

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Professional attitude and team mindset
