What You’ll Do

As a Sales Professional, you’ll create exceptional buying experiences while building long‑term customer relationships and growing your personal brand.

  • Build strong relationships and develop clients for life
  • Use a consultative sales approach to help customers select the right vehicle
  • Become a product expert on luxury and performance vehicles, features, technology, and packages
  • Deliver high‑quality vehicle presentations and demonstrations
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referral business
  • Confidently overcome objections and thrive in a performance‑driven environment
  • Collaborate with Sales Management on goals, performance, and growth opportunities
  • Bring professionalism, energy, and a high‑performance mindset every day
What You Bring
  • Previous automotive sales experience required
  • High‑line/luxury automotive experience strongly preferred
  • Self‑motivated with a strong drive to succeed
  • Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and closing skills
  • Professional appearance and polished presentation
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional service

Requirements:

  • Flexible schedule, including weekends
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
