Develop strong relationships with PBE customers (retail & professional) and provide color matching expertise;
Identify OEM paint codes, enter formulas, and mix/tint paint according to manufacturer specifications;
Maintain mixing room and inventory, plus monthly cycle counts and pricing accuracy for PBE customers;
Promote and support company customer service programs and train other team members in PBE sales and technical questions;
Coordinate with Territory Sales Managers and Delivery Specialists to ensure excellent service and efficiency
