Automotive Detailer - Car Washer - Heights

Overview

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a full‑time Automotive Detailer. This position pays $14 per hour and is located at 3709 Washington Ave, Houston, TX 77007.

Availability:

• Sunday: OFF
• Monday‑Friday: 7:30 am – 6:00 pm
• Saturdays (alternating weeks): 9:00 am – 12:00 pm

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry‑standard protocols.
• Wash, clean, and dry the vehicle’s exterior for cars, vans, and trucks.
• Check fuel level and warning lights; inspect windshield for damage; factory reset/restore vehicle settings; verify registration is current and matches the license plate; check for customer items and place anything of value in Lost & Found.
• Check fluid levels and add as needed; inspect tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; inspect vehicle exterior for damage.
• Fuel and stage vehicle.
• Inspect vehicle for safety concerns; report warning lights and/or vehicle/windshield/tire damage; pull vehicle out of preparation processing as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions.
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors.
• Assist customers as needed, including transportation to and from branch locations.
• Maintain overall site appearance, including general cleaning of branch interiors and exteriors.
• Site appearance duties include desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuums, sweeping the lot, and other miscellaneous tasks related to daily branch cleanliness.

• Seek to improve job performance through self‑assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work‑authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations or at‑fault accidents on your driving record in the past three years (one of the two violations or accidents must fall off within 12 months of employment).
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past five years.
• Must have at least twelve (12) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience in the last five years.
• Must be available to work Monday‑Friday 7:30 am – 6:00 pm and alternating Saturdays 9:00 am – 12:00 pm.
• Must be willing to accept $14.00 per hour.
