Group 1 Chevrolet Spring is part of the fast growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail and service. We are actively seeking experienced Automotive Technicians (Flag/Flat‑Rate) to join our Quality Chevrolet Dealership. Our Service Technicians should be passionate about customer service, take pride in their work, and enjoy being part of a winning team that cares about their employees.

• Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately, following dealership and factory standards
• Conduct comprehensive diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing on automotive systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Road-test vehicles to verify successful repairs
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
• Provide timely updates to service advisors on repair status and estimated completion times for customer communication
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology
• Uphold company values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors

• 2 years of experience as a flat-rate (flag) automotive technician with proven production and diagnostic ability
• ASE certification(s) in specialized areas such as brakes, electrical/electronic systems or engine performance strongly preferred
• Manufacturer certifications are a strong plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
