Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing all work outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

• Perform all repair and maintenance work as outlined on the repair order.
• Work efficiently to meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Document all work performed and recommended services clearly and accurately.
• Conduct road tests to verify repairs and ensure vehicle safety and performance.
• Maintain a clean and organized shop and work area at all times.
• Demonstrate accountability for all assigned tasks.
• Complete all required manufacturer training to stay current with the latest automotive technologies and repair procedures.
• Obtain and maintain Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification.

• Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
• Willingness to complete all required manufacturer training.
• ASE certification required or willingness to obtain.
