Automotive Detailer - Car Washer - Hobby Airport

Overview

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a full‑time Automotive Detailer. This position pays $14.00 per hour with shift differential pay for work after 2pm and 10pm. The role is located at Hobby Airport, 7600 Airport Blvd, Houston, TX 77061.

• Wash, clean and dry vehicle exterior and restore it to showroom condition.
• Clean, sanitize, vacuum and prepare vehicle interior according to industry‑standard protocols.
• Check fuel level, engine warning lights, windshield for damage, and factory reset/restore settings to clear prior customer data.
• Verify registration is present, current and matches license plate; place any customer items not removed in Lost & Found.
• Check and add fluid levels when needed; inspect tire condition, pressure and tread depth; examine exterior for damage.
• Fuel and stage vehicle for customer pickup.
• Report any safety concerns, warning lights, or damage; pull vehicle out of prep processing as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions.
• Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair and odors.
• Assist customers when needed and may transport them to and from the branches.
• Help maintain overall site appearance including general cleaning of branch interiors and exteriors.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks related to daily cleanliness of the branch location (desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot).

• Seek to improve job performance through self‑assessment, skill development, training and goal setting.
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with good driving record—no more than two at‑fault accidents or moving violations in the past three years (one of the two must fall off within 12 months of employment).
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past five years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; not require work‑authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be willing to accept $14.00 per hour.
• Must be able to work a full‑time, 40‑hour work week aside from religious observations.
• Must have at least twelve consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience within the last five years.
