Service Advisor
Group 1 Toyota Southwest Houston is growing and looking for a talented and motivated Service Advisor to join our team! The right candidate will help our growing service business drive customer loyalty, by providing exceptional customer experience to each and every client.
Our Service Advisors are passionate about customer service, enjoy interacting with people throughout the working day, and are comfortable working Saturdays.
Responsibilities- Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments to ensure an efficient and seamless customer experience
- Greet customers, perform vehicle walkarounds, and accurately document concerns and service needs
- Create detailed repair orders with clear, transparent cost and time estimates
- Recommend maintenance and additional services based on vehicle condition, mileage, and manufacturer guidelines
- Communicate effectively with technicians and parts departments to prioritize work and ensure timely completion
- Provide consistent updates to customers on repair status, timelines, and any changes to scope or cost
- Deliver vehicles upon completion, reviewing work performed and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain strong product and warranty knowledge to confidently guide customers through service recommendations
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive retention and repeat business
- Minimum 2 years automotive service advisor experience is required (dealership preferred)
- Xtime & CDK experience is a plus
- Strong desire to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Ability to achieve targeted goals
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid in-state driver's license and must maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
