European Automotive Technician (A or B Level) – Up to $95K

Schedule:

Monday–Friday | Compensation: $25–$40/hour Hybrid Pay Plan | Estimated Earnings: $62,000–$95,000+ OTE

• Perform maintenance and repair services on European vehicles
• Diagnose drivability, electrical, and mechanical concerns
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) accurately and consistently
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and fellow technicians
• Provide accurate parts lists and repair recommendations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow manufacturer repair procedures and industry best practices
• Road‑test vehicles when necessary, including manual transmission vehicles

• 4+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• 2+ years of European vehicle repair experience
• A or B Level technician skill set
• Strong diagnostic and repair abilities
• Experience performing maintenance and repair on European vehicles
• Comfortable using Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) systems
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Professional attitude with a strong work ethic
• Ability to drive a manual transmission
• Dealership experience is welcome but not required
