Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect damaged heavy-duty trucks and buses to assess the extent of collision-related repairs
• Prepare detailed and accurate repair estimates using industry-standard estimating software
• Communicate effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians regarding repair scope and costs
• Coordinate with body shop staff to ensure timely and efficient repairs
• Review repair procedures and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Document all repair estimates and maintain organized records for each vehicle
• Assist in parts ordering and tracking to facilitate smooth repair processes
• Stay updated on industry trends, repair techniques, and insurance requirements

Skills and

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a collision estimator, preferably in heavy-duty trucks, buses, or commercial vehicles
• Strong knowledge of vehicle construction, damage assessment, and repair procedures
• Proficiency with estimating software such as CCC ONE, Mitchell, or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
