Commercial Lines Account Executive

Location: Northwest Houston Texas
- Hybrid Role (2-3 Days/Week In-Office)

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to join our team immediately. This role supports a generalist commercial book of business alongside highly experienced producers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing complex commercial accounts across multiple industries.

• Manage and service a diversified commercial lines book of business
• Partner closely with seasoned producers to support client retention and growth- some accounts do not have producers assigned
• Handle renewals, endorsements, certificates, policy changes, and coverage analysis
• Serve as a primary client contact, delivering high-level service and responsiveness
• Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely policy execution
• Maintain thorough documentation and workflow management within Applied Epic
• Delegate administrative tasks to shared Account Manager in office

• 5+ years of Commercial Lines Account Manager / Account Executive experience
• Applied Epic experience required- those without Applied experience need not apply
• Strong knowledge of commercial P&C coverage and policy structures
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines with minimal supervision
• Professional communication skills and strong attention to detail
