QUALIFICATIONS:
* College Degree
* Significant experience in hiring, managing or human resources is required
* Sales experience preferred
* Must be organized and driven
* Verbal acuity and professional bearing are needed to establish credibility with organizations regarding their hiring practices and development of their managers
