Position Summary

We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Business Development Associate to help us expand our client portfolio. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and developing strong relationships with clients. This is a pure hunter position with a definition of success that is derived from activity-based metrics and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and client prospects.
  • Conduct call, email, and social media outreach campaigns to develop new client relationships.
  • Arrange business meetings for senior leadership with prospective clients.
  • Promote the company’s services, addressing or predicting a prospect's objective.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Build long-term relationships with new customers.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a sales or outreach-driven role where metrics, activity, and results are monitored.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and overcome objections.
  • Time management and planning skills.
  • BSc/BA in business administration, marketing, communications, sales, or a relevant field.
