Senior Research Analyst

The Senior Research Analyst is responsible for interpreting market data, identifying trends, and delivering insight-driven research that informs brokerage strategy and client decision-making. This role goes beyond execution and requires strong analytical judgment, market knowledge, and comfort partnering directly with brokers and leadership.

Market Analysis & Insight

• Analyze regional market trends, economic drivers, and property-level dynamics across Texas
• Interpret data to identify risks, opportunities, and emerging trends for brokers and clients

Research Ownership

• Own the narrative and analytical content of quarterly market reports and specialized research deliverables
• Ensure insights are clear, defensible, and aligned with firm-wide research standards

Strategic & Custom Research

• Lead complex ad-hoc research for business development, client strategy, and leadership requests
• Support pitches and major client conversations with tailored market intelligence
• Serve as a trusted research partner to brokers and client-facing teams
• Collaborate closely with the SVP of Research on thought leadership and market positioning
• Provide guidance and informal mentorship to junior research team members

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, economics, finance, or a related field
• 3-7 years of commercial real estate research or market analytics experience
• Deep understanding of Texas CRE markets and asset classes
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with GIS/mapping tools and CoStar required
• Strong ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Confidence communicating findings to senior brokers and leadership
