We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager with a passion for selling staffing and workforce solutions. This role is focused on acquiring and managing direct client, MSP, VMS, and SOW-based staffing business across IT, Engineering, Scientific, and professional services.

This is a true hunter + relationship builder role for someone who understands how staffing works—how to open doors, get requisitions, and convert opportunities into long-term client partnerships.

You will play a key role in expanding our footprint across enterprise, mid-market, and MSP programs, helping drive both revenue growth and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities New Business Development
  • Proactively identify, prospect, and close new staffing and workforce solutions business
  • Target Direct Clients, MSPs, and SOW-based programs
  • Generate contract, contract-to-hire, and project staffing opportunities
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals
Client & MSP Engagement
  • Develop relationships with Hiring Managers, Procurement, MSP/VMS Program Managers, and HR teams
  • Onboard and grow new clients into long-term staffing partners
  • Secure and manage staffing requisitions across multiple job families
  • Maintain ongoing communication to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in staffing sales, business development, or account management
  • Proven success in contract and contract-to-hire roles
  • Experience working with Direct Clients, MSP programs and/or SOW staffing services
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline
  • Comfortable selling virtually, on calls, video meetings, and client presentations
  • High-energy, self-driven, and results-oriented
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic mindset with a hunter mentality
  • Organized with strong follow-up and CRM discipline
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with delivery and recruiting teams
