Our downtown HTX office is going through an exciting period of exponential growth, and we are hiring an Associate Recruitment Consultant who wants a business development career with clear progression, strong earnings, and daily training. This is a B2B sales and account management career track role.

You will learn how to run a full 360° recruitment desk. You will partner directly with clients across industries such as Clean Tech, Aerospace, Life Sciences, Technology, Engineering, and Construction to understand their hiring needs. From there, you will build and manage a network of candidates, guide them through the interview process, and manage client relationships through placement and ongoing account management.

This role blends sales, consulting, and relationship-building, with daily coaching to help you grow quickly and confidently.

• Source and interview candidates within your technical market
• Learn hiring needs directly from clients and recommend qualified talent
• Manage outreach, interviews, offers, and placements end to end
• Track performance metrics to improve weekly output and consistency
• Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients
• Work closely with your team and participate in regular office training sessions

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Proven achievement in academics, athletics, work, or personal goals
• Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with new people
• Interest in B2B sales, targets, and performance-based work
• Competitive mindset with the ability to stay consistent
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office environment

• First-year OTE: $65,000–$85,000
• Second-year OTE: $120,000–$140,000
