Position SummaryThe Client Service Associate (CSA) plays a critical role in delivering a first-class experience to our clients. This is a relationship-oriented, detail-driven position that combines client interaction with operational excellence.
The Client Service Associate will serve as a key point of contact for clients and internal team members, helping ensure that every aspect of the client experience runs smoothly and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and being part of a collaborative, high-performing team.
Education Years of ExperiencePreferred: 1-2 years of experience in financial services
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a primary point of contact for client service requests and inquiries
- Support clients with account administration and ongoing service needs
- Prepare, process, and track new account paperwork and maintenance requests
- Maintain prospect and up-to-date client information and documentation in all existing databases (CRM & Custodial platforms)
- Coordinate money movements, account updates, and client documentation
- Partner closely with advisors and other team members to ensure timely follow-through on client needs
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and enhance the client experience
- Lead and support special projects and firm initiatives as needed
- Self-motivated and eager to learn, grow, and share knowledge
- Client-focused with a genuine desire to help people
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Discreet and professional when handling confidential information
- Proactive, dependable, and solution oriented
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working with investment management and custodial platforms (Charles Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing) preferred
- Experience with Salesforce as a CRM preferred
- Familiarity with fintech platforms like Black Diamond and Orion preferred
- Experience in RIA / Advisory fee billing preferred
