Project Coordinator （HPE

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee supply chain activities by reviewing customer demand and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customer contacts, including program managers and buyer/planners, to provide updates on shipments, deliveries, and receipts
• Follow up with suppliers regarding product returns and order status to ensure accurate and timely resolution of issues

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field required
• Proactive and self‑motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams and managing multiple priorities
• Strong organizational skills and a sense of ownership in managing responsibilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑paced, and results‑driven environment requiring adaptability and flexibility
• Bilingual (Mandarin and English)
