  • Marker & Data Integrity: Oversee the verification of "market markers" and trade data submitted by third parties to prevent the inclusion of outliers or non-representative data
  • Training & Culture: Lead global training programs to ensure the editorial team understands "Conduct Risk" and the operational requirements of a PRA within an research and insights organization
  • Incident Management & Governance
  • Price Challenge Leadership: Manage the formal investigation of price challenges or market complaints, ensuring impartial root-cause analysis and swift remediation
  • KRI Management: Develop and report on Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), such as methodology deviations, data submission errors, or late publications
  • Audit Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for the Second Line (Compliance) and Third Line (Audit) during annual IOSCO assurance reviews
  • Sector-Specific Focus Areas
  • Chemicals: Monitor the transition from contract-based to spot-based pricing models, if relevant
  • Biofuels/Carbon: Ensure integrity by verifying the sustainability credentials and regulatory certifications linked to price assessments
