As a Business Development Manager, you’ll focus exclusively on new client acquisition and revenue growth
. This role is centered on building relationships with technology leaders, understanding hiring needs, and delivering tailored staffing solutions in partnership with an internal recruiting team. No candidate sourcing or full‑desk responsibilities.

• Identify, target, and secure new client relationships across the Houston and surrounding tech markets
• Develop and present customized tech staffing solutions
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business and workforce challenges
• Partner closely with internal recruiters to ensure successful delivery
• Stay current on tech hiring trends and market conditions to provide strategic insight

• Proven success in business development within tech or IT staffing
• Strong track record of new client acquisition and relationship building
