Position Overview
:

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Staffing Business Development Professional to support our expansion into the Texas market. This role is essential in identifying potential clients, establishing strategic partnerships, and offering tailored staffing and recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities
:

  • Identify and engage potential clients in staffing and recruitment services.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to promote long-term partnerships.
  • Assess client staffing and recruitment needs and propose customized service solutions.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing collaboration.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align service delivery with client expectations.
  • Generate reports and analyze performance metrics related to client acquisition and service impact.
  • Travel locally as needed to meet with prospects and clients.

Requirements
:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (both spoken and written preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in prospecting, client presentations, and customer relationship management.
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the local area; open to out-of-town travel if needed.
  • Proficiency with office software and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivation, professionalism, and the ability to work independently.
  • No cap on commissions; a competitive solid base salary with uncapped earning potential.
