Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Account Representative to join our Houston team. This role is responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, and serving as a primary point of contact between our company and our valued partners. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and committed to delivering exceptional service while contributing to overall business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Coordinate internally to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular updates
  • Address client inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently
