Job DescriptionAs a Business Experience Planning & Administration Advisor within PNC’s Strategic Business Development team, within the Corporate Responsibility Group, you will be based in office five days per week.
In this position, you will design, develop, and actively manage a roadmap composed of business priorities that you will independently and interdependently define and present to business partners.
An Advisor is required to stay apprised of changing client and industry dynamics through independent and shared research, conduct discovery and analysis of target operating models, and be a key partner in working with cross‑functional teams.

- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve business planning methods. Execute key line‑of‑business initiatives and growth strategies that drive line‑of‑business objectives.
- Execute and implement business planning processes. Help design strategic plans based on forecasts and provide improvement recommendations.
- Understand business direction and needs; develop solutions, roadmaps, and assessments of potential business impacts. Identify and execute opportunities that add value and achieve business goals.
- Work with key decision makers to ensure cross‑business and cross‑functional alignment and synergy.
- Serve as subject‑matter resource and advocate that influences the implementation of best practices and learning plans that meet business objectives.
