Analytical support for the OIefins North America business unit regarding margins and profitability and cost reporting support for IST&O (Integrated Supply Trading $ Optimization.

• Monthly business results review and analysis.
• Support variable and fixed costs analysis with stakeholders from IST&O (Integrated Supply Trading & Optimization). Provide useful insight to the Business and Finance leaders regarding cost performances and monthly fixed cost forecasting support.
• Support business level cash flow analysis.
• Support the annual Performance Plan and long-range financial plan (LRP) for the business and lead fixed cost PP for Olefins Business AM, Optimization and IST&O.
• Support business, segment and finance management in accounting and other financial matters with respect to the business.
• Lead LIP JV business support.
• Ad hoc financial analysis to support business decision.

• University-level Business / Economics / Finance-related qualifications.
• Approximately 3
  -5 years of business/financial controlling and management reporting experience in a world scale business environment.
• Understanding of the business and finance processes within the Petrochemicals business model.
• Working proficiency in One Stream, SAP, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, understanding dashboards a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and capable of translating and presenting financial data into business relevant information.
• Able to set prioritization and manage tight deadlines.
• Passion for driving continuous improvement.
• Fluent in verbal and written Business English.

• Be able to dive into complex problem by analyzing data coming from different sources.
• Be able to take actions and drive changes when gaps are identified.

• Establishes effective working relationships with stakeholders across different functions.
• Ability to use good judgment in what and how to communicate with stakeholders.
